Urban Coco, a fashion magazine that gives raw talent in the fashion industry a platform
to get noticed, was also in the building checking out the potential models. Laura
from Urban Coco Magazine picked out her top 20 models for a feature in the July issue.
This opportunity will allow the models to showcase their skills and build their portfolio.

On Saturday June 15, the Trinity Shopping Centre was the scene for 82 prospective
models at the annual Model Scouting Day for the Leeds Fashion Show.
The Customer Service Lounge and 'passers by' served as the backdrop while the team
began the task of choosing which models would 'Rip the Runway' for the Leeds Fashion
Show, this Fall.
After being scouted by Nkhem Emenike and Sherelle, models were taken through registration
by Anita Forde. Models then got a chance to strut their stuff in front of judges,
Rhonda Richards and Jyoti Matoo (Voir). Photographers on the scene included Bob and
Lavern Washington; along with Anjula Davidson who did the videography of the day.
